I highly recommend Coey to anyone wanting a professional survey of their property for the following reasons: I verified and researched Coey's license in both KY/OH; He has the schooling and qualifications needed for his profession. There are no complaints on record in either state and he is insured. He responded to our questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to deal with. We had a deadline to meet because we were having a fence installed and Coey met that time frame. Stakes were put on the property and we rec'd a Plat of Survey via email along with a hard copy (coming in the mail). He also put in some corner markers that were missing/damaged. Lastly, we have peace of mind having properly documented the legal boundaries of our property.
